Timeless Funerals is a 100% Australian family owned and operated funeral business specialising in 'Contemporary Services with Traditional Values'. As such, we strive to offer a real point-of-difference to a more traditional funeral home which is made evident in our range of personalised funeral services.
Our founder Craig Stevens has been part of the funeral industry for over 30 years, working with many long-established businesses and brands. As a result, Craig can share a foundation of knowledge and experience with all the staff at Timeless Funerals. It was his realisation that there was a gap by traditional funeral directors that brought about the creation of Timeless Funerals. As such, we strive to offer a real point-of-difference to a more traditional funeral home. Thank you so much to Craig and specially Rachel for service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Due to covid restrictions and being in a different country, it is so hard for me not being able to attend my father's funeral. I inquired with Craig first and he answered my questions and was very fast in getting back to me on other details which made me at ease to trust them on the funeral service. He then referred us to Rachel who made sure every single detail we requested was met. We can only attend the livestream and it was so beautiful and heartfelt. Even though we sent our last minute video for eulogy, she graciously accepted it and made sure it was played on the day. Thank you so much. Everything was beautiful even though we only talked over the phone. Timeless funerals made it a memorable one.
