Due to covid restrictions and being in a different country, it is so hard for me not being able to attend my father's funeral. I inquired with Craig first and he answered my questions and was very fast in getting back to me on other details which made me at ease to trust them on the funeral service. He then referred us to Rachel who made sure every single detail we requested was met. We can only attend the livestream and it was so beautiful and heartfelt. Even though we sent our last minute video for eulogy, she graciously accepted it and made sure it was played on the day. Thank you so much.
