Replying to Client reviews

When a Client provides a review for your funeral home, you have the option to submit a public reply. Public replies are visible alongside the review on your profile and are visible to anyone visiting that page. Replying to reviews is a great way to: Thank the customer and acknowledge a positive review. Reply to any potentially negative reviews and work with the customer to make it right.
