Coping With Death
If someone close to you has passed away you may need immediate support. You may have a sense that your life is in a state of suspension and that the life you are living does not feel real. You may be in a state of shock and experience feelings of numbness, anger, guilt, confusion and loneliness. The next few days will be very difficult and filled with decision-making. Remember It will take time to adjust to your loss and that it’s totally okay to ask friends and family for help at any stage.
