Declining a Funeral Quote Request
If you receive a funeral quote request in your inbox that you are not interested in, for whatever reason, you can simply Decline. To decline a request, click the ‘Decline Bid’ button at the bottom of the Summary of the Client Bid Request page in your account. Please note: after you have decided to decline a request, this action cannot be undone and you will not be charged a bidding service fee.
