How do I contact Clients about their bid request?
Once the Client sends you a bid request, you decide if you want to submit a bid and quote on the funeral. If you are a Premium member, you get to unlock their funeral plan. We will reveal the Client’s details, and where authorised by the Client, their phone number too. At this point you can only connect directly with the Client through our system, and if all goes well, you may be selected as the winning bid and proceed to contract and conduct the funeral service.
