How do I send a funeral bid to a Client?
If you receive a Client bid request that you are interested in bidding on, do the following to prepare and submit a competitive bid:
• Locate the bid request in your eziFunerals Dashboard account.
• Open the request and click the “Accept Quote” button.
• Complete the Funeral Bid Form and provide a customised funeral bid.
• Submit your FINAL bid for the funeral, within 24 hours, which will be sent directly to the Client.
Please note: A funeral bid request is an important first point of communication between you and the prospective Client. Make sure to take the time to review the Client’s funeral requirements and submit a competitive bid.
