How to manage incoming bid requests
When you receive a Client bid request, it will be sent to your Inbox. You will then have the option to Accept or Decline the quote request.
If you are interested in conducting the funeral, click ‘Accept Bid’ button and on payment of the bidding service fee. You will have access to the Client’s funeral requirements to prepare and submit a competitive bid for the funeral.
If the request is not the type of funeral service that you want to undertake or you simply are not in a position to do the work, then you just have to click ‘Decline Bid’.
