Why can’t funeral clients search by postcode?
We believe that limiting searches by postcode is not in the interests of funeral consumers or funeral homes. Postcode searches generally only promote those funeral homes who rely on a captured market and a lack of competition within a small geographical area. This does not offer an opportunity for funeral homes outside the postcode area to connect with new funeral customers.
